Delivery and Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders made before midnight Monday to Thursday the following working day. for any orders made over the weekend, we aim to dispatch the following Monday.

We can only deliver to mainland UK at the moment with a standard delivery fee of £2.95

We currently offer free local delivery within the East Neuk within approximately 5 miles

Returns Policy

If an item you receive is faulty or damaged, please phone or email us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement to be sent out or a refund (Including return postage) on receipt of the item.

If returning faulty items please obtain a Certificate of Posting.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase then you have the right to cancel your purchase within seven working days of receipt of your order. Any items returned will be at the customer’s own expense.
